First Article
Our inspection criteria is determined by your needs. A first article is allways important to verify that tooling is producing your part to print, as well as verifying finish quality before a full production run starts. Our goal is to ensure we are meeting or exceeding your quality expectations.
production inspection criteria
As a minimum we always inspect first and last of every run however, operators are inspecting continuously throughout the run. We also keep a running archive of sample parts from every run to maintain consistency.
Custom Guages
We will manufacture custom inspection gauges and or tools specifically for your product. Duplicate gauges are often made and calibrated to ensure accurate measurements for both outgoing and incoming inspection.
