We specialize in progressive die design, manufacture and production metal stamping. From high volumes to special short run and prototype projects. With more than 60 combined years of knowledge in the stamping industry we are up to the task on even the most complicated projects.
In House Tooling design and Manufacture
We design and manufacture your tools in house to save you up front cost and decrease turn-around time. We have the capabilities to design tooling around your part. We can also help engineer your part to be efficiently manufactured during the stamping process.
Inventory Management
We produce your parts on time. We understand that time is important to you, and your business depends on reliable sources. Our goal is to help you deliver your product on time by delivering your parts on time. We package your parts to your volume requirements and will hold stock for release at your request to satisfy your inventory needs. We work with JIT, Kanban or custom inventory management systems.

Step1: Design
We design your tooling using modern techniques and software combined with decades of experience. We will accept anything from napkin sketches to solid models of your ideas.
Step2: Manufacture
We manufacture your tooling to high standards using state of the art manufacturing processes. Precision is key to longevity and accuracy of stamping tools.
Step3: First Article
After the approval of the first article a pilot run is encouraged to check tooling performance and ensure your part meets your specifications.
